Mr. Arnold passed away October 13, 2013 at the Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born October 9, 1939 in Knox County to the late Rev. Thurman Lester & Mary Katherine Satterfield Arnold.
He was a graduate of John A. Gupton College in 1959. He was a Sales Representative for Dodge Chemical Company for 32 Years. He was a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer in Tennessee over 50 years. He was the Past President of the Tennessee Funeral Sales Supply Club & Kentucky Sales Supply Club. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Livingston where he served as Deacon Emeritus.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Mrs. Sandra Jean Gregory Arnold of Livingston; sons Kevin Arnold & wife Lynn of Smyrna, Tenn., Greg Arnold & wife Jongee of Livingston, Tenn.; daughters Susan Noojin & husband Steve of Huntsville, Ala., Estelle Davis & husband William of Gallatin, Tenn.; foster daughter Delores Smith & husband Ray of Livingston, Tenn.,Linda Goettsche & husband Bill of Melbourne Fl., & Christi Abell & husband Mark of White House Tenn.; sisters Doris Scarborough & husband Bill of Knoxville, Tenn., Fran Williamson & husband Max of Maryville, Tenn.; 18 Grandchildren & 2 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents & infant sister.
